Can't get past 'technical difficulties' on opening. Having read many reviews & responses I conclude this isn't for Android, isn't fixed, debugged or worth any more of my time. BTW allowing the invasive permissions helped not a bit. Don't tell us it's fixed until it is. PB has gone overboard on digital interfaces on property but this is a step too far to ask us to take. The entire concept of the hospitality industry is to provide services....not a QR Code or junky app cluttering our phones.

Too much insistence on access to device features that have nothing to do with the app (camera, microphone, phone features, etc.) Clearly, from the response from Pueblo Bonito, they are more interested in defending a poor design that intrudes on the privacy of your device, rather than accepting the comment and working on improvements. Hence, my rating has dropped another star. The APP does not need access to my contacts, camera, and other features. And because I denied access, the APP crashes when I attempt to use it. So, I have removed it.

Terrible app. Can't make reservations. Took 3 days to get registered on the app whick still doesn't do you any good. The only thing useful on the app is the interactive maps & seeing the various restaurant menus (but it doesn't tell you the hours of the restaurant(s), which you will definitely need in The Marketplace since they all open at odd times...11am, noon, 3pm, etc.).

Added my contract number in my profile to see if that would fix the fact that I cannot add my reservation to the app... it didn't. Pop-up says "Request successful" but reservation still isn't listed. Also, the most egregious issue is the app refuses to load any of the resort details pages. It fails and returns to the home page. Multiple attempts simply result in the app eventually crashing.

Constantly get "we are having technical issues please try again later". Have tried several times over a couple weeks. I downloaded the iOS version for my iOS device and it works like a charm. I've personally written apps for both environments and they require different knowledge and approach. Obviously the developer is more versed in iOS than Android. At least I had the option to use the iOS app, but not all of your customers do. Look at the worldwide numbers.

3/20/19 Update: Response not helpful. Contact info in app is for reservations only. How do I get tech support? 3/11/19: Not the most friendly to install and set up an account for an existing owner. I found out how to set up a profile by looking at the responses to the reviews (not really a good way to have to look for help). There should be a help link on the app to contact support. Now, I can't add a reservation I set up last year for a trip coming up shortly. I tried with and without the leading zeros on the confirmation number and still it can't find it. Honestly, I'm not even sure why I need to enter the reservation. Isn't this already in their system to pull from automatically? Imagine how many travelers would be upset if they had to manually add their trip to the airline app every time they flew, and it kept failing on top of it. If I can get my trip added, I can re-review the app after my trip. Support, please help.

Buggy AF. Would give zero stars if possible. The app demands (not just requests) invasive access like location even when the app is not in use, calendar, stored media, etc. Once everything is granted, the app consistently crashes on startup. Immediately uninstalled, will stay at a different property in the future.

This is a terrible app as described by others. I have been here four (4) days and it keeps crashing. The app opens for a couple of seconds and then crashes. I have an android phone. The couple we are with have iPhone and theirs is performing much better. Terrible app!!
