This is by far the worst app-don't trust it. The app charges extra fees and then takes the seat guarantees. If your ticket isn’t confirmed, they only refund the base price and not the extra charges. They offer a 2x refund, but it's in the form of a voucher, not real money. The voucher can only be used within 100 km of the original source and destination. And voucher can only be used for canceled local trips within the 100 km range. Before using this app, make sure to read the policy carefully.

Not able to cancel ticket , there is no option it does not show on booking list neither there is chat option where we can ask to cancel ticket. Also there is no option to cancel ticket on our own and Technical issue of the app never resolved.

I had a terrible experience with this ticketing app. Despite paying ₹3070, I was left with a cancelled ticket and a partial refund. 1. The app promised a 3x refund, but I only received ₹2050rs in my upi and 4000worth of voucher which i can't use it is useless for me and that voucher also useless i booked 4000 rs ticket and voucher useless it didn't worked 2. *Seat Guarantee*: I paid ₹1500 for a seat guarantee, but my ticket was still cancelled.

The interface looks good , one useful feature would make life simpler . That is the train running status of the previous 5-10 days (delays/right time). This will help in better planning, especially with connecting train options, but generally also very helpful.

Dear Developer, I would like to suggest adding a prominent note at the top of each booking page reminding users to verify their route before proceeding. A simple message like "Please verify your route: From [Departure] to [Destination]" could help prevent mistakes such as booking the reverse route by accident. Highlighting the departure and destination cities in different colors and making the note part of a sticky header would further ensure visibility throughout the process.

Don't book any ticket from this app. At the time of booking they will charge you premium in the name of seat guarantee and assure 2 X or 3 X refund which again is a scam. Incase the ticket doesn't get confirm. They will refund you ticket fare as per or even lesser than IRCTC and for balance amount a Coupon would be issued to be utilised within a specific time period of 10 days or so. This coupon cannot be transferred nor can be used beyond the expiry date.

Worth service firstly I have booked my ticket only 8 waiting showing and after 10 days not cleare and my booking amount was 1260 and refundable amount 1060 and at a booking time for cancelation no charge but after cancle by redrail not giving full of refund so Please my opinion don't book by this app I really very harresed by with this app i ll uninstall immediately. No very poor booking service and one more thing when ever u ll book at that time showing u want. To confirm ticket paid 260 also
