I am a regular user and its good experience for using the charger. But in the latest update now time is not showing when will be charger free and it is very hectic to know when I can go and use the charger before this update it was very easy to track when I can use the charger.

Charging is sometimes successful , sometimes it isn't. Even though you plug in for 4 hours it will just charge for 20 minutes, leaving charging incomplete and causing major inconvenience when you need to go somewhere. And this keeps happening every now and then. The app shows that the vehical is being charged but in reality, it wasn't charged.

Very +positive+ application for EV owners. I have used this application multiple times to locate a charging point and opened the application countless times to show non EV users that "range ANXIETY" is not a problem!!

Update: Support reached out and was very helpful. My e-mail I'd wasn't updated in my profile which was causing the issue. It's been resolved now. Original Review: Not able to add money to wallet. The payment page keeps on loading in a never ending loop. Tried through multiple android devices and it's the same for all. I don't know what to do now!

Extremely making a greater impact in cities. Recently they have been set up inside the apartments in Chennai. To sync booking for l1 chargers, if you sync my booking charges,when the next customer charges after me and update in my billing, I wouldn't require to sync in next 24 hours. Similar way, you can wait for more hours for sync as 24 hrs is very less for charges to sync in this manner.You can take this feedback and improve.

Bolt.Earth is the app I'll be using for years to come. Even if you have a home charger, it's always better to have this app because you can travel around worry-free. They have an ev charger literally everywhere. Super useful!

Worst experience, the block the charging amount, and if the charger is faulty the money is blocked through the time. Neither any support agents picks up. Worst experience my 700 is just blocked right now, and if you try to find a working station you have to pay again
