DO NOT INSTALL. They charge you without your consent. you guys keep deleting my comment but it's saved on my phone. It takes me 5 seconds to repost it. You don't have the choice but to give them your credit card to be able to see the bikes (not even use them). And when you register, they take 1€ off without consent. Also the fares are super very expensive and the app is not user-friendly. I reported a complaint. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP

I am extremely frustrated with the Ridemovi app's automatic renewal for Movi Prime. Despite repeatedly turning off the auto-renewal switch, the app continues to charge my credit card. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to extract money from users. I urge the developers to address this issue immediately and ensure that users have full control over their subscriptions.

Bikes are unmaintained and in bad condition. The one I used last time while driving it started to slow down and brakes were automatically applied. Additionally they have an auto renewal when you purchase an offer which is set to ON by default. It should be OFF by default.

Initially I put 1 star: Always the anxiety of receiving some fees since the application does not work... But now I wanna change it: me and my friend had to pay an unfair fine and an incorrect price for a ride due to some problems of the app, but after an appeal we got refounded Overall, the app doesn't work properly but the system is quite fair in case some problems occur

For the first time in my life, I used a scooter rental service. From new experience, I will say that in the event of a technical malfunction, it is necessary to notify in advance in the application and it is better to park in a designated place of the service whenever possible to avoid any misunderstandings and fines, and preferably take a photo of the parked scooter. I recommend this application, special thanks to support for prompt work. I wish everyone a good rest and a positiveexperience

The scooter was only moving when pushing with the foot, didn't gain any speed when using the "go" button, even though it was activated and paid for 25 mins ride. I was with my friend who had the same issue with his scooter and tried with another one that also didn't speed up. Total 3 scooters didn't work, we just paid to skate for a few meters and then gave up. We had read all instructions twice, the scooters were activated and paid, we made sure we followed all steps, but still nothing.

bikes broken in Pisa all the time, left dirty and not taken care of for weeks. Also app interface is dumb, takes forever to get the qr code, doesn't specify if it got the qr and now trying to communicate with server or still trying to read the qr code. so you have to stand there like an idiot for a minute not knowing if you can move your phone or not. it is an obvious white label app, the cheapest one they found.

Not even 1 star Got charged for an improper parking photo. I have done this tens of times for other ride apps. The scooter was clearly in the requested "box". I don't get why these apps don't request landscape photos. No explanation why this is bad. Just a nice big charge. No request to try again!! Update: they explained what I already know and did fullfill. there is no appeal action in the app where the demand is being made. So there going to provide a non automated response?
