The app is not very user-friendly. I downloaded it yesterday and while looking for days and hotels by mistake I made a reservation which I could not cancel. They tried to charge me 100 dollars for cancel it because their policies are that strict. To learn how to use their app, I have to pay them. This is a fraudulent company. I feel robbed, frustrated and unsecure when dealing with them. Any other travel agency will help me cancel without extra charge. Stay away from them.

Doesn't do anything but shows blank screens. The website sucks as well. This company needs a whole revamp when it comes to their websites and apps. Talk about cumbersome.

I can not access the entire site. The destinations don't always appear as they do on my laptop. Can't scroll back and forth. App needs improvements.

Does not work at all. Then again, neither does the web page. They have the WORST booking system in the world. Too bad I got scammed into joining this years,ago. Can't wait to get out of this useless contract

Is not much what you can do with the app. Basic information available and seems only destinations from Mexico are available through this app.
