The app performs very slowly, even when connected to Wi-Fi. Additionally, if you need to delete pickup and drop-off shifts for an entire month, you can only do so one shift at a time, requiring the same step to be repeated 60 times. This process is highly frustrating. Raising a support ticket for this issue is also unhelpful, as the support team fails to provide a resolution. I do not recommend this app for any organization.

always shows wrong location.. no proper tracking

User Interface should be seamless however, there are so many flaws in this app. 1. Application is frequently crashing when someone tries to place cab requests. 2. There's no proper GPS tracking available. Application keep showing incorrect vehicle location even vehicle standing next to you. 3. Vehicle approximate reaching time also incorrect. 4. Number used to call the employee by driver's via application automatically goes to junk calls due to which most of the time user faces difficulty.

Cab location is not showing properly. Only when a passenger is picked up and upon his OTP entry, the cab location changes and halts there untill the next pickup. Asks to change password every month which is not needed. Even banks ask us to update passwaor every quarter. Lastly, it is compulsory to install Arogya Sethu App otherwise this app cannot be used.

Really frustrating user experience of the app. It prompted me to change the password, but when I am changing it, it gets stuck on the loading screen.

I like live tracking and cab planning. Min time,distance route, sms notification for every alerts. For me , I can see all the reports in single place . Good solution.
