I can not stand the new price hikes and the fact that psta mod counts every ride you take. To much like big brother watching Should be able to switch profiles on the app . Can't do it! I can handle the extra 1.00 price hike, gate the ride counting and extra charge for miles May as well take a regular Uber!

Broken ... Registration and app. First did not allow to update user profile after registering (staying on screen when hitting button with no message). App starts, but only shows Google maps with no menu or other UI to e.g. request a ride. After clearing cache and data, user profile update worked, but app does not "find a trip between these locations" for any address combination we use (and served by PSTA access).

I continuously am having drivers go right past me because despite me putting the pin where I am the app tells them to go to the apartment complex behind me. What is the point of the pin to verify where I am if the app ignores it.

Cannot find any rides at all. It keeps saying no ride available between you and your destination. But I know that there are SunRunner stops between me and my destination? No options available at all?

I would do negative star, it timed out and took my money, its happened before, and i called the number to get a refund and you guys say it'll come in a few agos and it never does, YOU ARE SCAMMING ME, STOP MAKING SO WHEN I CALL A RIDE IN APP THAT IT TAKES MY MONEY, MAKE IT SO WHEN A DRIVER ACCEPTS IT THEM TAKE MY MONEY, IM POOR AND IT DOESN'T HELP THAT THIS HAPPENS

Worked beautiful for several months...now cannot book a ride with the app. Still have to call in to book a ride. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!
