Unusable if your name has a special character. The app is not able to understand it and it converts it to some pseudo-random character. This will create a mismatch between the name used in boarding pass, my name and the name displayed in the SBH profile. Not possible to be used until this basic feature is properly implemented.

Great idea with Biometrics. But the process to register is far too experimental... Taking a selfie took about 15 attempts because the app always felt my head moved out of the box (I'd didn't). Scanning the biometric passport chip didn't work (checked with the readID app, and it's not an issue of passport or phone...), and once all is ready (without the chip part), upload just didn't work despite trying multiple times. Suggest that this app feature goes back into Beta.

App is broken. Recent update renders it unusable. I wish to use the search function to look for flight possibilities, but cannot enter the airport name as it is not recognised. If I type "London" it responds with "The airport you entered could not be found". Same if I type LHR, Paris, CDG, etc. I see this was reported nearly 6 weeks ago and there has been no response.... maybe I will get Google to take it down.

Missed Opportunity. What i need is an app which recognised my Frequent Flyer number(s) (in my case with Air New Zealand), and pulls all bookings on the Star Alliance network in to one place. So one app to check my AirNZ, Singapore, United flights without the need to manually add them. And ideally any partner/code-share flights booked through a Star Alliance member (in my case, Cathay). Everything else is fluff without that basic info being captured. Renders this app pointless.

Trying to search flights on specific days, but no matter what dates I enter in the search, the app keeps changing them to other nearby dates. Then, when I start changing my dates to see what else is available, the app starts giving me some of the dates I originally wanted. No matter what I enter, it spits out something close but different. I feel very clowned, like it's taunting me. 😢

Doesn't work Face capture does not work and passport enrollment is a mess. Years behind current technology.

App doesn't work at all. No flights on any airline for any days, but if I check each individual airline flights are there.

I was hoping for an app which combined my various frequent flyer accounts. Apparently that is too much to ask.
