Marginally useful. It's won't keep you updated if your boarding gate changes. In fact the boarding gate is nowhere to be found in this app. Seems fundamental. A surprising oversight or lack of features.
time control
Worst app. The app said to change the seat after check in. I did the check in still can't change seat. What the hell. When I book the flight ticket on the starlux website doesn't give me option to select seat. This is the worst airline. In bkk airport they don't even have their flight logo on the board. So hard to find. Avoid this airlines as much as possible.

very bad about the online chat.always busy.I can't change my flight in Cebu Philippine. Even though I came to airport and waiting to open. There are still nobody who can deal with it. Why is to change time of flight a such difficult thing!？
