It's a nice service but the markup seems way too high and the app does not disclose that on top of the delivery fee. There is also no way to reach out to the company when the order that arrives is incorrect so there is no refund for missing items or incorrect items. If they cut back on the markup and made contact available for incorrect orders, it would get a 5 star. With the current economy, I don't know that they'll flourish with those markups though.

Great service for ordering fast food only issue is it take 2hrs to get the food🙄 once drivers accept the order they need to go to restaurant asap not an hour later. 1st time was understandable since we live in county but each time we order is ridiculous. The food is always cold by the time they get here. Would suggest only to use as a last resort.

The prices are marked up and the app does not disclose this. Same items as take out are $20 less
