The deals look great but are not promising at all. I got the app based on recommendation and first thing is it's extremely slow. Further more, if you find a deal, plan on 3x that price because this is all false advertising. I've even tried options that would give the lowest price advertised and I don't know where they're making theses prices up because the most basic options don't give the price the advertised. Too good to be true unfortunartely.

Totally useless organisation, you look at the offers when they arrive , and suddenly they are not available, the only once available are twice as much in price if not more. Hotels are miles away from the airport. Transfers if offered are never on time. Do not use. Avoid. Go to local travel agent you get a better deal and more enjoyable experience.

This app is so buggy!!! Every time I want to use it I have to uninstall it and reinstall it and then after using it one time after it's installed, it will close the app anytime I try to sign in so I have to uninstall/reinstall it again. Given that I paid the annual membership fee, it's very frustrating for this app to not work. It used to be so good and easy!

Beware of the new "buy now save later, fully refundable" offer. The fine print includes a statement that it's only refundable if cancelled before the expiration date. Our plans were cancelled at the last minute due to covid and we couldn't use the voucher by the expiration date. Customer service refused to refund it and tried to explain to me how great it was that I could still use the base value instead 🙄

The best deals home and abroad, some of the most fantastic deals going. Customers need to understand it a limited offer and I have been all over Europe with Travelzoo. Also some of the very best top top restaurants for less than half price. You need to organise to get the best deal. It's a 5* from me.

The app wasn't that great in the first place because it was so slow and glitchy and the prices were hardly ever accurate anyway and now we have to pay for a membership to even us the app??? Count us out. My group of friends and I who travel won't be using Travelzoo anymore. We all decided to uninstall.
