Trip Expense Manager is a perfect and unique app to manage your trip-related expenses. This app is perfect for group and solo traveller.I have a story about this app. "We are a group of 6-10 friends who are a travel enthusiast and do a lot of trips together. We were always facing a problem to manage expenses because managing expenses by paper and pen is not an easy task. I searched in Google Play but did not find any good app for travel expense and which fulfil my requirement. So, I decided to create an app which specially made for group/solo expenses."

Feedback button does not work. No release since October 2024. Has development stopped? I like to see an option to keep currencies separately, give a breakdown by currency and only at the end do a conversion. That way, there is no loss or gain due to regular conversions. Only the net difference is converted. I also want to see a clear button to add new expenses. Sometimes, I am confused where to click to add an expense. Lastly, is there a way to pay to remove ads?

I think this is geared more towards tracking expenses that you're going to split among multiple people, so keep that on mind before downloading. I only needed something to track my expenses on a solo trip. A major downside is that it makes you manually enter an exchange rate for each transaction, which is frustrating when you're just trying to add expenses quickly. The trip list is nice, but the UI on the transactions is not user friendly.

EXACTLY what I was looking for! Great app! I went on a golf vacation with 4 guys and everyone chipped in for rental vehicle, gas, groceries etc. It keeps a record of each entry (who spent what) and you can output an excel sheet at the end and send to the rest of your group outlining who owes what to who... It doesn't matter if you have to enter different currencies (eg a trip through several countries) -it will convert it all to your default currency for that particular trip (which you enter at the beginning of the session) -when the trip was over, I sent each guy the excel sheet, they sent me e-transfers, and everyone was happy. I would gladly pay for this app... even better that it's free, but I'm not one of those that wants everything for nothing.

Has potential but not perfect, 1) firstly not everyone keeps a deposit with one person (admin) during a travel , people randomly pay and distribute the expense later. 2) there appears to be an error the way app calculates final settlement figure in expenses summary section, the figures that I got using an excel sheet was way different. Therefore I advise users to only use this app for tracking and not for final settlement. 3) every time u edit an entry , the list goes back to the start

No-frills app! Free, no ads, easy to use, exchange rate, statistics and group slipt (although I'm a solo travelers). It also has the ability to export to Google Drive or local backup as CSV file. Wouldn't waste my time in other apps, this one is just amazing. The only bug is the colors of the pie chart that don't change much. Other than that, 5 stars!

This software is exactly what you need for group trips. Make expense tracking soo soo much easier. No need to track individual payment with pen and paper anymore. As a bonus use, this is also useful for group outings. You can track who paid for what an well. One suggestion I would love is make it more apperent how to select a user as an admin

I've been using this app for a few years now and this is by far the easiest to manage expenses when going on a trip. Just that the backup and restore needs to be more consistent because I've had issues restoring the expenses from the Google drive. But amazing and simple app nonetheless

Great app!!! very helpful ,added things will enhance the app more. As in a single trip we happen to visit many sightseeing places , an option to add images taken chosen from our photo album can add more fun to the trip and rememberance ,ex lunch at a particular rest ,we can add our image of that place ,further we can also add for slide show to our trip background by adding images of places visited from our album. There is a problem i cant edit the adm name or amnt ,there is no setting avlbl
