You prebuy so that you can register for events that needs booking, just to learn that you need to activate your card to book. The activation should only be done on site. This results in a doubtful or at a minimum, an unknown value of the card. Yes, it can be argued that this info can be found in the fine print. But it can also be argued that this is a business style representing the host.

Easy to use, can save you significant money over the course of a visit (if you get up early and stay moving). Access to trains and busses around the city is incredible. Suggest you also install the Rejseplanen transportation app for navigation. Great experience. Calling the admissions "free" is relative. We figured that at 7 attractions over 4 days we broke even. Took trains, busses and even boats everywhere.

Awesome app, we used this without a single problem. Bought two tickets and transfered one to another device without issue. Wish all apps worked this well! Only oddity was no way to scan the app for the Metro, but apparently simply showing the app to a ticket checker is sufficient. We never were asked on the Metro but were on a "real" train and it worked flawlessly.

I've only just downloaded the app in preparation for my trip. So I'll be back to complete my review. During the planning phase, I wish there were a feature so that once I've selected the places I'm interested in visiting (by marking them as 'favourite' with the 💜), that I could then go to the map later, and see only the ones I've 💜. I think this would be helpful so I could then plan my train/metro rides, and decide which venues I could group together in the same outing.

Unfortunately I have to redo my review. Some unfortunate stuff is happening. 2nd time buying cards. The old expired cards can not be removed and are staying as first in the queue. Having had 5 cards and now again 5 I need to scroll trough 10 cards in order to show the last active one. That's as pain especially as after scanning one card it jumps back to the 1st expired one.

Very easy to use. Great having the pass on an app and I found the map really helpful to be able to see what attractions we're close to my location at any time. Cph isn't a cheap place to visit so the pass offers good value. I always checked opening times on the attraction website rather than rely on those on the app. The link is included for each attraction.

The app was ok, it could be used easily, we haven't had any problems scanning the QR code. However, I would like to point out that the opening hours of the desired museums/tourist attractions should be checked on their own site. Unfortunately we couldn't visit neither the Copenhagen City Hall Tower (because it has only 2 tours/day, and this wasn't mentioned in the app), nor the Church of our Saviour (which should have been open till 7 PM - based on the app, but it was already closed at 6 PM).

This app doesn't work correctly in Android. Attractions tab is not working and showing java null pointer exception.
