100% unuseable. Everytime I try to open the app, I get a message telling me the app has detected that I'm using a rooted/jailbroken device, to check that my device isn't rooted or jailbroken, and that I should try again. (My phone is brand-new and isn't rooted).

Never works when trying to login. Always freezes and tries to start again when booking. Really poorly designed.

Terrible app since the update, stays stuck on loading logo, never loads. Can't use it to reserve a room until they fix this, haven't been there in months.

Absolute garbage, does not update any account balances or comp balances. It gives a disclaimer to visit kiosk to check actual balances. Why bother having an app?
