The app is great, if not a bit murky. However, the customer service/tech support is beyond compare. I received a solution to my "problem" within an hour, on a SUNDAY afternoon! For those having issues, contact them, they can almost certainly help. I'm 100% satisfied. FYI, I use the temperature-humidity sensor and leak sensors.

Recording are great, audio is great, night vision is great, so long as you can actually view the videos in the app. Session timeout can be reached after only watching three videos and then you're not allowed to watch the videos from that camera anymore for a variable amount of time(sometimes 30 min to an hour). If you try to contact customer support from the app that sends you to shop on their website. Frustrating to say the least.

Overall it works. Missing a critical feature, displaying the devices that were paired with Control D2D. UI needs some better/distinct icons for the devices, and more "red" when something is wrong. Also let me sort the order of the icons in the home tab.

I find this app extremely difficult to use. A simple thing like linking a speaker hub to a door sensor and then allowing the user to get an alert or voice message from the speaker hub seems an overwhelming task, which I have yet to solve in 4 hours. I can program the speaker hub with a voice message, but no way to save the message or trigger the acting. Also language like rooms and scenes just adds confusion

YoLink devices work very well but the app could be a lot better. As it is I'm never sure what will happen when a device gets triggered. Would be nice if the main page would list the devices and each would have a straightforward description of what happens. For example: "Leak detector - when leak is detected then the siren will sound for 30 seconds and an email and text will be sent." Much easier than going through Scenes, Strategies, Behavior and not sure what had been set.

Great but still work to be done. The range, ease of use, and reliability are all fantastic. I would like more functionality around the scenes and alarms so that I can set up Off, Home, Away, and even more. I would like to trigger them without using the app i.e. with NFC or a keypad or Google/Alexa integrations.

Great concept/products/app. Would be much better if a Home screen with Alarm PIN pad to arm/disarm the home/away/sleep/out scenes & showing which scene is active, were available. Perhaps replacing the Explore, or Favorites tab. Also the Home button should take you to your designated Home screen, not defaulted to Rooms. Great selection of home automation/security products & getting better, but the App interface needs improvement. Also a Panic Button device (single button) would be nice.

It actually works! I did have a lot of trouble with it at the beginning, but they might be specific to my settings. Works great now. Easiest setup to add devices of several systems I tried (after initial issues...). Nice job on the text to speech notifications in the speaker hub without using external "smart" annoying systems.
