Corrente is the electric free-floating sharing born in Bologna and now available also in Ferrara, Casalecchio di Reno, Imola.Take a vehicle by using the App, unlock, drive and park it wherever allowed and pay only for the minutes of actual use. You pay with your credit card, even if prepaid.
The service operates in an area embracing all the Bologna zones, the majority of Casalecchio and the centre of Ferrara and Imola.
The vehicles have an autonomy more than adequate for the majority of the use cases.
By scrolling the map on the App, directly from your mobile phone you can choose between the closest vehicle to your position or the one that has the level of charge you need.
Dedicated staff takes care of vehicle recharge.
You have just to think driving.
In Bologna a fleet of 100 e-mopeds is also available.
Corrente is also available to NEW DRIVERS. To rent it is enough to be at least 18 years old, own a driving license (B) and a credit card. Limitations based on vehicle type may apply.
Corrente is also available to Firms: you just need to sign up and invite your drivers!
Corrente offers maximum freedom: you can access Bologna and Ferrara Limited Traffic Zones and drive along reserved lanes (conditions apply). Therefore being an electric vehicle it is not affected by traffic restrictions.
Drive it and park it on blue stalls, on residents places (in Bologna and Casalecchio) or any open area, reachable and allowed by traffic laws.

The worst car sharing app in the world, there is no customer support, they have a phone number but there is only a recorder message that gives zero info, they keep rejecting a valid document with no explanation and nobody to talk to, very frustrating. Besides if something goes wrong good luck liasing with an answering machine.

I was a bit skeptical of the overall bad reviews but I had a good experience. The registration process needs to be improved, as it doesn't alert you in a clear way that you must add immediately an avatar picture and payment method otherwise you can't book a car. Phone contact is not 24h on. The booking and driving was flawless, so easy and practical. The app worked great booking, opening and closing the car. Car seemed brand new and everything was clean and ready. Overall very good experience!

The idea of this service is great, and we used it multiple times. But the app itself could really be better. It is ugly, laggish and buggy. It is basically like a wrapper for web page, and this kind of apps is always buggy. Periodically it freezes, so you need to restart it; many times it is too slow to react or to connect to the car; many times it is not clear what it is doing... In the end it works, but really poorly written.

Unreliable service. No support center. You calls will never be answered. The invoice makes no sense. I got 3 invoices a single trip. The car was shaking like anything maybe bcz of bad tyres etc. Second time the car was infront of me but not appearing on the map. Then there was not barcode to scan.

The worst service and app. Couldn't even get into a car. In front of the door you find that you are not eligible for some reason. Couldn't they show it in advance? You fix it and wait for weeks till they manage to check it manually. They told me they have 30000 clients to deal with, so I thought it may be normal to wait for weeks. But then I opted for another car sharing operator in Bologna and you know what? It took me 10 minutes to pass the registration and to reserve a car!

This app is terrible! It doesn't allow you to book a car. It has a bug that makes it stop working the moment you try to reserve the car. The bug has been there for months and it is not fixed yet. The costumer service is not helpful at all since they have no idea what can be done in situations like this. Don't waste your time on it!

Love the service, but the app works poorly. If you reserve a car, it blocks and a bug appears. If you are next to the car and use click&go the same bug appears. Impossible to use.

Over all is not a bad company, if not that there's no customer care and I parked a car in an "electric car only" spot. And I had to pay 46 euro ticket, + other 20 like 1,5 years later, sounds like a scam but. Whatever.
