The Vespa app connects directly to your Vespa Primavera S, Sprint S, Elettrica and GTS Supertech with exclusive functions that make your riding experience even more fun!On specific vehicles the app will allow to forward notifications and calls from smartphone to your connected vehicle, enabling the possibility to safely manage the events with intuitive commands from handlebar and strongly improving riding safety.
The connection of the app to your vehicle is synchronously displayed on both smartphone and vehicle dashboard.
Below the benefits of using the application in combination with a connected vehicle:
- see the caller name on vehicle dashboard
- answer or reject the incoming call
- recall the last lost call at a press of a button
- receive indications of incoming notifications
For enabling the listed features, the app may request to access permissions for reading call logs and managing calls: giving consent is mandatory for enabling the key features of the app in combination with connected display.
The access to this kind of data is ONLY used for temporary transmission of the relevant information on the vehicle dashboard and none of them is stored into the app or transmitted to remote services in any way.

I have to say I'm not at all impressed with this app. I can't work out how to connect a headset to the bike, and the instructions seem to be for a different version of the app. The developers need a serious shake up to sort this app out. This is not what you expect when you buy a top of the range GTS300 Supertech.

You buy the top model Vespa and then you get this experience on top... 😲 Unbelievable. Very very very annoying that you cannot use Google maps or Waze. Also really discusting that after three year you have to pay for use of the maps!?!? This will not happen. I really hope my comments prevent some people from buying this "SuperTech" model. SuperTech is really not the correct name for this model.

Version 2.93 as of 9th May 2024 is terrible. Lots of pointless new features, connection issues, navigation errors, loss of connection, I could go on. FFS Piaggio do some QA on this rubbish. Version 2.4.3 is no good, there is no voice navigation when using wired earphones.

The app does not list the new Vespa I just bought. When you enter the model that I do have, it does not recognize it. Just make an app that is useful rather than one that is just there to mine my information or trying to sell me stuff. No one has time for this type of nonsense!!! I expect more than this.. My real reating is zero.

I finally got it to work.. It doesn't seem to do much of anything.. Notify you when maintenance service is needed... You can see distance traveled but heck... You can more easily see on your scooter speedometer.. Trip A & Trip B... My connection problem was (1) not showing the red asterisk but you have to enter your region... NOTE: The sequence seems to be Bluetooth your phone - pairing to your scooter together.. "before you" open the app... 2 stars for now but I will play around with it

2 stars for now which may drop once I get my Vespa Sprint S. I have read that the navigation feature is not supported in this model, just on the 300 Supertech and Electra. This has apparently been verified by Vespa support and makes no sense to me why the navigation feature is not present for the Sprint.....

App is hard to connect to the Vespa. Once connected, had to reconfigure twice for navigation to stop showing that my model was not supported. After reconfiguring, maps are blank. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same results. Pretty terrible experience.

Navigation is aweful. The arrows on the bike's display is very confusing if you're living in a big city with an already aweful road layouts like HCMC. The navigation app desperately needs the ability to zoom and pan while navigating.
