Using the Groove On-Demand app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making public transportation easier than ever before!

Groove has posed many challenges for it's riders safety, charges, and untrained staff. How can a rider be charged for a ride never taken? How can a riders account be deactivated twice for no reason? Groove you have some explaining to do...#BringBackTrolleys

This app is totally dysfunctional, don't waste time loading it. It gives a pickup location blocks away and a prompt to walk there to meet the driver. Tried to change it but could not so cancelled. Then got a message I would be charged for missing the pickup. I'll never use it again, total POS.

Got on my nerves! I never got a chance to use it. When I did try to book a ride, it had me walking a street over instead of being able to set my exact location for pick up. Also, the constant unnecessary notifications all day and night were too much. I un-installed the app. I couldn't find how to turn them off. Rate not worth the headache.

Great idea excellent service and the price is unbeatable although the service area is a bit limited which is why I'm only giving you the 3 instead of a 5. Since i live out of the service area, it limits the potential.

The GPS within the app isnt accurate. I've had more problems but there isnt another alternative. Not enough drivers. Unreliable if you need to be somewhere at a specific times. It doesnt figure into your ride when they have multiple passengers.

This app does not allow to drag the pin for exact location of pickup, it assigns the pickup location on its own. For convenience of both driver and passenger it should take pickup location the way uber and Lyft do. Btw this is the first time i am reviewing and rating an app.

Very dependable most of the time.Can be difficult to get a ride during peek booking times.Cant beat it for the price.Much better than riding the bus.Hopefully they will expand service city and county wide.Medical district downtown and Whitehaven service is all covering area I know as of now.
