UPDATE 5/13/25 - Don't LOAD UPDATE!Has a bug,worked fine, yesterday, saw the Update, downloaded it, now the app will not open, get a message 'app will not open as it has a bug'.

This is laughable at this point. Tried to finally update today and the app doesn't even open now. Immediately crashes upon tap. Absolutely ridiculous.

It won't open on my Pixel 7. I removed the app and reinstalled it. I restarted my phone. Nothing works.

it doesn't save my password and it keeps saying updates even after I've updated I have yet to be able to book a reservation

this app keeps saying an update is needed, but the app store says there is no update. cannot get out of the "update required" screen. Had to book on the website and will just have to hope that my emailed QR code will work on drop-off AND pick-up. The app has been problematic for about a year, at least. PLEASE FIX IT! or I will have to find a different place to park for future trips.

I've been using WallyPark for a couple of years. The app sux. it takes a long time to load. My most recent trip when I was picking up my car, it said I didn't have a reservation, which was BS. I rebooted my phone and tried again and this time the app said I needed to do an update. I tried to update it and it wouldn't update. I had to go to the gate, push the button for assistance, and wait for the attendant to come out and let me out at midnight last night. Still can't get the app to update.

This is the absolute worst app I've used for parking. I reserved the day before but when I arrived there was no reservation. Making a reservation the same day limited arrival times by the half-hour and adding my credit card failed a 8 times before I could add it. The I could reserve and drop-off time, but would not move to the pickup date. Absolute PoS. The mobile website is just as bad, maybe worse. Ef this company and their app. After wasting 30 minutes, I parked in reg airport long term.
