It's a wastage of money. We bought split AC and are stuck . There service partner AK enterprises has no idea how to install AC they opened both the units of split AC and even release the gas of new unit and badly damaged our wall .but still they are not listening to us and forcing us to buy extended warranty at full cost It's a very bad organisation .They use dialogue customer satisfaction is our priority, but even several mails we have not received any reply.
