SUCH A USELESS APP! Do you know how many times have I tried to do that selfie with document thing? It needs to fit in your template. Of course the lower part will be small and a bit blurred out because the distance of that and my face to fit in is different from the camera. Useless!

I relented to paying additional outstanding fees from the host - despite personally waiving trevo "the pickup fee" because there was no sender for the initial pickup (it was a hassle i needed to whatsapp proof of grab usage to pickup location and they'll refund). However after clearing my fees - I am still getting automated calls to clear almost everyday your RM 65 - EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SENT IN PROOF OF PAYMENT MULTIPLE TIMES over the past few months, and NO REPONSE.

The system allows driver to leave cutomer waiting & didn't let the customer knows that they're not getting pick up. Customer will have to wait 7>16 days for reimbursement. Apps has no option to select number of person and cuatomer has to scroll thru the whole list.

Beware this apps use by scammers!!! They cancell booking a few hour before rent started. You get penalty when cancelling and lost money. Apps not allowed to give bad ratings. Reported this issue through the application but not receive a response. Trying to send an email, advised to request a refund directly from the host. There is no guarantee regarding the services provided. I understand that new application may not be entirely stable. It's unacceptable that you're evading the responsibility.

It was good, just need to improve the exact location for pick up and drop off address of the car in the apps.

Can't log into your app at all therefore unable to use your services, which have been great! How la? Call your support, number is not in service? How la?

Bad experience with this platform. I booked my car earlier at KLIA and got rejected just few hours before landing in KLIA. How ridiculous is that? And how Im suppose to find replacement car in a wee hour like that. I won't recommend their service. 👎

When I was taking photos to return d car, the camera kept failing to upload the photos I took n I have to keep retaking it. After trying so many times, it finally uploaded all 4 sides of the car photos. Then, to the next page of uploading mileage, I took a photo of it and it failed again n straight returned to the very 1st page where I have to retake 4 sides of the car photos again. Very hassle, not user-friendly. Due to this, I mistakenly put the wrong reviews on the car instead of ur apps!
