Even if configured properly, instant parking sometimes doesn't work, it's not starting automatically when I don't have the app opened on my phone, which makes the feature a little useless, as I need to then use my phone anyway while driving. Also, logging in with a different social account (but still with the same email address) will result in a brand new account, where my car registration and payment methods are missing. There should be a way to connect two social accounts.

Absolutely ***** application. annoying for utilization. Impossible to login without 2factor... looses login credentials... it is very sad that this application is pushed to me by our office owners. I will raise complaint with our management to try to remove this application out of our usage. Also I'm disgusted by google censorship that thinks that streight forward feedback is insulting for your incapable developers.

When the new version was rolled out I was asked to log in, that is not nice, but probably acceptable. Next time, about a week later, my phone on-line the whole time, I was sked to enter the code from my mail again. That is sad. ...and why is it not possible to use biometrics? I was not able to start parking, because my favorite before was a motorcycle. I had to go to settings and change my preference. I received notification twice for everything.

With the new update, it's impossible to purchase a pass in-app. At least I hope I can purchase one once the active is expired, because until now it didn't matter if you had one expiring in 20 mins, now it does. I'm almost crying because it felt safe buying a new pass half an hour before the expiry of the old. It's stressing the hell out of me now, so thx for the update! Edit: In the end it got resolved, but your in-app communication about important outages, like a push notif, is nonexistent.

I really like this app! BUT....... I guess a new version has been released. Since that time the app keep asking me to log in again. It would be a problem if i could, but I tried everything, nothing works. Doesn't do anything if I try logging in with Google. With email:I get the code,but even if I write it in nothing happens! Really annoying. Please fix it!

Recent update experience: 0 star Streets disappeared! Worst choice ever a parking application can do! I cannot check which zone my parking spot belongs! I cannot recognize where is the end of the zone and the start of the other without reference points (streets). Or is it just slow as hell? (Samsung s24, latest or similar android) Earlier experience: 5 star Convinient. Parking zones are up to date sooner or later.

This was my favourite parking app for several years, but recently is frickin' unusable with this "shiny" new design (coming from a tech professional..). You need to come out with some PR statement to your loyal users and apply major changes to gain our trusr back. You need take this seriously otherwise you can expect major business decline, truly disappointed.

Before this new updated look version you had a great fast app, now its not anymore user friendly and now I have to wait for it unnecessary to load in, push buttons unnecesserarily, etc.
