Clunky, not from this millennium. Both the app and the service. Planning a route is fiddly as the app takes time to load, the stops take time to resolve from text, and there isn't an obvious option for "start at current position." The service runs at intervals that are unfathomable even for the experienced public transport tourist. Also, delays are to be expected. I must assume these two points make travelling with the service undesirable. Still, an exceptionally beautiful scenery.

Doesn't support two factor authentication with non Italian sms. In 2024, I would expect two factor authentication to be able to use email ☹️

I downloaded it to buy bus tickets as there isn't a seller near where I'm staying. I can't even register as authentication is only possible by phone and I never got the sms. Tried multiple times, maybe it's because mine is a uk number? It should be possible to do the authentication by email too

The journey planner is terrible.. Doesn't recognize any of its own bus stops in the search....

Potreste aggiunere, l'accesso con Google? E poi come metodo di pagamento Consiglio di aggiungere paypal, revolut, hype... Insomma, quelli creati dalle varie compagnie degli ultimi anni

Non si riescono a fare i pagamenti, perché la sessione scade appena esci dalla pagina per confermare l'operazione nell'app della banca. È un'app inutile e non l'avrei scaricata se non fosse per il fatto che non si possono più compare biglietti a bordo. Se potessi non metterei neanche una stella. Aggiustatela, così è completamente inutile. E non è multilingua, è bilingue.

I purchased a ticket, which charged my credit card, but the ticket never showed up in the app. I will be disputing the charge as soon as it posts. I ended up purchasing the ticket in cash on the bus.
