Terrible - was unable to view and use pass until going through process multiple times. Despite purchasing 3 separate times, with an app update and phone reboot thrown in for good measure, the app had no problem charging my card each time but was unable to display a valid pass until my last attempt. No clue why it was unable to complete what should have been a simple order (1 adult ticket) the first few times.

First attempt to purchase a pass was unsuccessful. Everything in the app said the transaction went through but never received an email and card was not charged. 2nd attempt: also unsuccessful but card was charged. A bit disappointing. Otherwise I like the idea of the app itself.

English language version. No payment issues. It doesn't handle multiple Oslo Cards well - it would be better if it had one barcode for 2 adults and 2 children rather than 4 barcodes, taking a few clicks to get between them. Could be improved by showing opening times, and having a 'get me there' button to show transport options from your current location. But overall it works fine and saved us a load of money.

Pretty good. A couple of minor things I'd add based on what other similar apps have, though. Favoriting things would be nice, since it means you can look at only the things you're interested in. It would also be good to list the hours of each attraction, for obvious reasons. Transit maps might also be useful, though people are usually relying on Google maps anyway, so it's not a big deal. At any rate, I enjoyed my time in Oslo. I just wish I'd had time to see more!

Great app. Simple and effective. Have bought three passes easily and used them everywhere without any trouble. Map with attractions was very usefull and info about attractions was also accurate. The only inconvenience was that one can't share the pass into another mobile device. But there was a warning about this, so I can't complain.

I bought a pass in this app, but it never appeared in it, I can't use it. There was a warning that this happens, but it doesn't change the negative experience. If the developers know about the problem, why don't they fix it?

I'm currently outside the first place we'd like to visit with our 72hr digital pass - but the app won't let me activate either pass. There is no activation button showing. Very poor effort. EDIT - turns out there was a known issue with the app for the Easter weekend - refund issued promptly.

Terrible. If you want to be charged without getting the passes u need this is the app for you. Tried to buy two 24 hr passes in the app. Charged my CC but passes never showed up. Update: Payment was voided after emailing to support. What a wasted effort for nothing.
