thanks for adding multiple person booking into the app. feature request - just add upi integration properly, currently the upi integration it has is of 2017-18 where you have to manually enter upi id or scan the qr which just stretches the process so adding the option where all the upi apps name will pop up in the app, user will select make payment and thats it.

App is decent. Payment gateway is very slow. However, I cannot see purple line stations in the app while booking ticket. Not sure what is the reason. Also while booking ticket, the metro lines should be separated in separate tabs.

Very Good app. You can easily book ticket online wherever you want using online payment method. You can also Top up your smart card using this application. You can also check the timings of metro in different line. It helps a lot to adjust your timings. As per my own view, any option will be available to know the on a particular selected date, especially on holidays and festival period .

Plz add wallet facility. The payment process will be much smoother and faster. Just like the UTS railway app.

Useless !!! It takes about 45 minutes to update after top up recharge.Your metro card will not get the access until the update.So, it is useless if you are in a hurry and recharge the metro card just before you enter the metro station. You have to book a token once again to catch the metro. The app is very slow and not up to date. The Metro railway should take the necessary steps to improve it ,finding the issues.

The app makes the Kolkata Metro travel experience much better than my old experience. It is wonderful to see a government organization adopt the digital route. Some key features of the app are : ❤️ Booking tickets 🎟 ❤️ Topping up metro smart cards ❤️ Checking the smart card balance ❤️ Nearest metro station location(if you allow the location info to the map) etc... For new city dwellers, traveller's and tourists the app would help you avoid the city's chaotic rush. Happy travelling 🙏

The app is riddled with bugs. It makes your life easier and difficult at the same time. On one hand, you can buy tickets and top up metro card online without standing in long queue outside metro ticket counter but the app malfunctions a lot. The payment gateway is horrible and true story one time the app server crashed and I could not exit the metro terminal as I had the ticket online.

The word "stoppage" is misspelled. Stations are sometimes shown in alphabetical order, other times in geographical order (e.g. Central b/w Chandni Chowk and MG Road), potentially causing confusion. Also, the app should be able to read the UPI apps installed on the set and send a payment request directly to them, without the user having to type in his VPA, which takes more time.
