If app has been sold to Train app, it would be appropriate to discontinue this one and let all your users know. I have no problem for your survival & desires, you sold or went into partnership. What is slightly annoying is disregarding users who got you to a high rating. It was one of the app for checking schedules & alternative, plus the unbelievably timely report on delays. Transparent communication would have been a beautiful ending. We shouldn't normalize ghosting in business.

it used to work perfectly, now it just doesn't work saying there's a connection error which clearly there isn't or I wouldn't be able to even use my phone for anything else

The search function seems to not work at all anymore, rendering the app (which used to be excellent) essentially useless. Is this the fault of Trainline?

Making this app more and more dysfunctional with each release does not make Trainline an alternative. Trenitalia app is the alternative.

This app worked flawlessly before trainline acquired it. it stopped showing results any results. please bring it back

This used to be the best app to check trains and delays, at least for the Milan area and Lombardy in general. It was one of those rare "yes, I will spend money to get the pro version" apps for me. Then they joined Trainline, and I guess they gave up? Searches have become inaccurate, instead of finding from point A to point B as requested, it will randomly show trains to a destination in between. Pretty useless, unfortunately. And the new app is more confusing and has the same problem!!

It was a superb app, and I happily bought the pro version. Now it asks to switch to Trainline, which is far from what the app did, that was efficient and minimal. Furthermore, it seems that its results are somewhat less precise than it used to be, like as it is getting deprecated in favour of Trainline. A bit disappointing, especially as a pro paying user.

I never rate or write reviews for apps, I had to make an exception for this one because it's one of the best apps I ever downloaded. Fast, light, consistent, truly life saving considering the official channels (Trenitalia's website and ViaggiaTreno) are so awful, especially when it comes to communicating delays or cancellations.
