I have to keep trying over and over. took an hour to book the ride. Even though I started two hours early. missed an important appointment. the mapping is messed up to, the drivers rely on the map completely, so it takes them to the next road to pick me up, sometimes, they even drive right pass it. But I never know if there going there or here, and it takes 5+minutes to walk it. not disabled friendly.

This is the worst possible app system used for a bus service. It takes 2 hours to get a bus while you keep trying back to back looking for a bus. It's always full but instead of adding more busses they reduced it down to one bus! Improve the booking system, add a waitlist so that we don't have to keep trying to book for hours and add more busses for God's sake!

Horrible service and will not help you. Unless if you are looking to be ser back and late EVERYWHERE. Don't try and be diligent and prepared to wake up early and set up a ride. They will not pick you up, frustrate you and then not fix the clear problems with the service. Save up, use lyft or Uber. They show up, when they say and take you where you want to go. Yea know, like there service is supposed to. Free, yes, but at what cost? Horrible service

I was able to get a ride once and it went smoothly, but ever since then I get the error message that says "We are experiencing a high volume of requests, please try again soon!". I don't understand how this is this case when every time I see an ORT vehicle it's essentially empty. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or what, but it's extremely annoying.

Grateful for free bus service but the ETA is unreliable. There have been multiple times where it's 10-15 minutes late. Or I'll be watching on the map and it goes from a 1 minute pick up to 5+ minutes while heading in the opposite direction. Some people will actually come down to my apartment and some by the office, so I never know where I'm supposed to wait. One guy left without me because I wasn't in the proper "waiting area" and I was late to an important appointment.

In the about section, you need to change the zero fare to what you actually charge now. I used to ride the ORT on demand in Bentonville but I have a very hard time getting the ORT bus because they say they are full when I try to book a ride and I am completely lost and don't understand the dedicated route AT ALL. I have tried to understand it but you need to realize that not everyone getting a ride actually knows Bentonville to know where the buses go.

This rating specifically for App Development, i understand this app has nothing to do with the SERVICE, but plenty to do with how DATA is managed. REGARDLESS of the PRACTICES and REQUESTS from the paying customer i.e Ozark Transit.. MISMANAGED ACCOUNT INFO such as personal EMAILS SHOULD NOT BE NO LONGER ACCESSIBLE after registration simply telling a user "this email is already" in use without some sorta access to it if you changed numbers is criminal collecting of personal information..

The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because of the amazing drivers, but the app is absolute dog trash. It rarely ever works and sometimes even if it does your ride cancels its self and you can't get a ride.
