2. Go through a one-time* identity verification via Singpass (MyInfo) to add or block their SimplyGo EZ-Link and EZ-Link cards via the SimplyGo app
*Users who have gone through MyInfo verification before on the SimplyGo app need not do so again

A few times top up through app and money deducted in bank but not being topped up. Happened on me and friends a few times, especially this year.. And when called the simplygo hotline they said need to monitor at least 6 weeks see if money refunded to bank, else can back them again only will help to check in system. Shouldn't they able to check faster in system if the transaction successful or not? And, why takes so long? Giving 2 stars as i like the concept which is convenient topup

Honestly this app is useful because of its functions but the functions work POORLY. Integrating the top up function is great, but once I top up my card I still can't tap in anyways. It reflected the topped up value, but it's not instantly updated when I tried to tap in. Ezlink was so much better. Another time I topped up the card through the top up function but the topped up value was not reflected at all. This function needs serious improvement. Disappointing.

new interface is actual trash. clunky and unresponsive compared to the previous one (which was a solid 5; no fluff, does its job and does it well). gave it a chance when they rolled out the UI and thought no big deal, even though the old one worked fine, it might just take some adapting to, but it's straight stinky doodoo. time to round up the stakeholders again to fix this shitshow. fix the layout (just revert to the previous UI) or at least have the same customisation features ffs.

The trips are not updating in a timely manner. Hours after trip ends is not timely. Was forced to switch over from the other app and while that one was not perfect at least I get timely updates and alerts about 80% of the time, usually when I am still near the bus stop after alighting. There has been no change in my travel habits and cards used. Only thing new is this app.

14 Sep: Before update: can just see latest travel details from homepage easily. After update: need to press here press there, filter the dates, just to see my latest travel info. 21 Oct: After one month, still no improvement, still clunky. Also tried to top up my concession card and it was pretty difficult to navigate, almost thought I had to physically top up at the station. I have to take away one more star from this review.

Edit: Simply worse. Developer's suggestion doesn't work. Selecting the chevron does not hide the EZ-link section. There's a constant Ad asking to add EZ-link. Ad very obstructive. The UI/UX is simply terrible. New version and UI with ez link is terribly cluttered. Too many button. Lost all my saved cards with new updates. I don't need EZ link. Developer please note. Terrible user story flow.

The worst app possible. Doesn't do anything. Every time I try to topup, it returns the amount after 15 minutes. No error message, nothing. Just won't work. So much easier walking to a top up machine and getting the job done. Developers. Please show some errors or helpful messages. Will uninstall the app if it doesn't work next time

I'm not sure your "one-time" will really be one time or many times later. This is at least my second or third time. Regardless, you should at least send out email notifications prior to your so-called one time reset so that people can do it in advance instead of having to find it out when you have boarded the bus, cannot use the card and then have to get down, to get this settled at an inconvenient time and place. It is just the level of understanding and bo-chup-ness that is embedded in this.
