The prices in this app fluctuate like crypto, So I wanted to buy a flight the price was initialy 150€, I saved the booking to add money to my credit card and went back to pay surprisingly it get raised to 186€ so I checked again and I decided to book it again and the price if I book it again was 160€ !! And my reseved ticket when up to 205€, They add 20 euro each time you decide to pay all this is happening in 10 min period, I'm so decepointed.... My advice DO NOT SELECT THE PAY LATER OPTION

Currently, there is a technical problem with this application. I signed up using my email address, received a confirmation email , and I confirmed my account. When I tried to sign in, a message appeared saying "invalid credential.". I clicked on forget password, and a message appears saying " email address doesn't exist". I think developers of the application should fix this :).

Impossible to check in because the app cannot open camera nor load a passport scan from a file. Entering the details manually also not possible. Checking in on the website takes all the information and at the last step says "Check in not available". THE WORST USER EXPERIENCE EVER. HOPE THEY ARE AT LEAST ON TIME.

Worst document scan function that I ever used, never works. If you stupid algorithms can't recognize passport image from camera property, just add a read scan from files function! The developers are such useless. It makes me as a computer vision engineer doubt my life and the future of this industry.

i had a very bad experience with them, not only they're not professional but also very rude ... 🤔 i bought flight extra seat and they wanted to give my seat to another passenger.

Pointless trying to use this app ti check in online. It insists on scanning your passport even though it can't.

Nothing about my flight and keep showing an error message saying you are allowed to see detai with the advanced option translation and I am not even able to find this option to desactive it

Very bad customer service they not answering calls or emails and they leave answering messages instead in their landlines phone in French it should be in English as international language and their own language as not everyone can speak French
