The tracker is not very reliable. If a bus isn't green you can almost always safely assume that it doesn't exist, so then why even put a nonexistent bus on the tracker? The arrival times are also completely and utterly unreliable. The only way to get an estimate of how long a bus will take is to check where it is and make assumptions about traffic. This app is better than nothing, but more often than not provides false information. The only thing reliable is the location of the bus.

the app itself is great and easy to use, bus services are all different but thanks to this app it's made travelling by bus a whole lot easier. one thing I will point out, is when you favourite more than a couple of routes, all the routes disappear. I was hoping to have all the routes around my journey highlighted. but nevermind, I'll play around with the app more and see if there's a way around it.

No help if abus is delayed. They just disappear off the app and only scheduled times remain Some buses run 1 an hour or less so information about when they are coming is vital. The 33 and 44 seem to be the same bus but change numbers at Abingdon Highstreet. But the app doesn't tell you which is which. It seems only buses run by yhe Oxford Bus company get correct information. If it is Thames Valley or Stagecoach client beware. Customers don't care which company runs it only where they go

You can't see the purchase history and all gifted bus passes in the bus app and there is no email verification process to receive gifted bus pass. This is a big problem as my son mis-spelled his email address (to an invalid /non-exist email address) and he forgot his password, we now can't reset the password as the email address doesn't exist and we can't log in his bus app which hosted his Annual bus pass. So stressful 😢. I was told to go to Oxford in person to sort this out.

It used to be good, but is now very bad. It used to require you to connect via wifi every 3 days to refresh your etickets, now it's every 8 hours. It's also UNRELIABLE now as it frequently fails to be read by the machine on the bus. On some occasions the driver won't care, but sometimes they demand you buy another ticket (and getting it refunded via customer support is tedious and slow - they will demand a photo of the ticket, screenshot of the eticket receipt, and datetime/service of the bus).

Absolutely indispensable for finding which bus is next without actually having to go to the bust stop for up to date info. Once it did not show all buses. But only once. Hence 4*

Missing option to add mobile tickets to your Wallet/ApplePay. Kinda long process to click through the app to get to the ticket. Otherwise nice app!

Poor design and very confusing ticket system with some tickets hidden until going deeper into the menus. Better to buy the tickets on the bus.
