This app lacks accessibility options for the visually impaired: the font is too small and not bold, dark mode would be helpful for use at night. The open app default to Underground Map is not helpful as most people use a bus to get to the tube station first. The travel mode changer at the bottom of the screen needs to stay visible. Very disappointed with this.

Has missing bus times which will then appear within 5 mins of when the bus is due, never has the tube times which is extremely unhelpful when your tube doesn't come every few minutes. It just says 'check station board'. Cannot plan any journey. Only useful thing on it is to check the status of the lines but might as well use your normal browser for this.

Old LT for Free app seems to have been deleted. Why? It worked! In comparison this is unfathomable c..p, particularly if one wishes to pre-plan transport options before visiting London as it won't give any information unless GPS puts you in London. F.....g useless! OK, having cleared data from Google Play Services it now seems to work outside London but interface is not at all intuitive. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars because I can now at leadt pre-plan, but not easily.

Overall, it's a great app provided by TFL themselves. However, I have some suggestions. What happened to the live busyness? For example, the "Quieter Times on Mondays: Usually 09:45 - 17:00 and after 19:00" is not visible anymore. Having this back on the app would be beneficial, and I think that this should be included with all train stations and bus stops with a busyness scale on the actual trains and buses themselves. Please pass this on.

Good looking app and works well BUT I feel it didn't show London Boroughs as well as train is often the best choice but sadly the app doesn't show services such as Southern even if it's 20 minutes quicker unless you select national rail and ONLY national rail. Doesn't show live train times which is frustrating especially as someone who takes the train as their main transport.

I hate this app! A very poor substitute for the old LT app. Listed bus arrivals often disappear with no explanation. I want to know the next bus arrival info, regardless of bus number. Really tough to find stop information, especially Superloop. Map is based on tube/tram services, no good if you live in a bus only area. No option to identify accurate frequent locations. Can you plan a route? No guidance or instructions. I could go on ... but it is not good.

No info on zones an generally useless. After reply from TFL - fair enogh I can find zones now - the app is still pretty useless and Google maps does a better job. I did change thecrating from 1 to 3 stars - quck response from your service team is much appreciated. TFL nees to do 1 thing - one app for maps, timetables/current dispatch time estimate, and an option to buy sesonal tickets/travel cards. Also the maps (bus, train an tube) need to be superimposed on the terrain for non-Londoners.

I downloaded this app to test its accuracy against CityMapper. Waiting for a bus, CityMapper predicted a 5 minute wait, this app predicted a 12 minut wait. CityMapper was correct. Fortunately, since it's a very cold morning and I wasn't waiting too long ! I'll continue to test the app but if there's no improvement I'll get rid of it
