Love this app. Time estimations are not always correct, but they are as close as possible considering all the variables. It's so easy to learn and intuitive. It's great you can save the usual routes for time optimization and that you get notifications if there are any delay issues or sudden changes as well as scheduled maintenance. Best transportation app I've ever used.

Lots of things to work on. 1) if train is late, app does not show it as an option. Google maps do. 2) Notifications about new feature cannot be closed - very annoying. 3) why limit window of transport disruption notifications to 14 hours? Why not 18 hours, does it cost out much more to add 4 hours, or remove the limit? Useless feature otherwise, as cannot rely on it. Upd: no trains, ever on the weekend.

(update) Another day another train that didn't arrive and app said it did (I have screenshots). With the hot temperatures we are experiencing this is a dangerous app to use for travel information. The app need to explicit state it cannot be relied upon. ---- Do not depend on this app. It may tell you one thing when the trains are doing another. Wasted lots of time and missed meetings due to trains arriving earlier than noted in app (train gone before you arrive)

Works okayish around Lake Mac area - if there are no delays, as these are almost never shown. Went to Sydney tbe other day and what a disaster. Timetables on the app were totally wrong. I had to double check everything at each stop. Not helpful at all, can't be relied on for efficient travel.

if outside of Opal in any way, very little flexibility exists for Pensioners. After over a decade, I'd have hoped for a better option, than simply waiting two weeks for a replacement, while at best, doubling your costs on all transport. Reading five odd articles and FAQs, none really pertinent to what you wish explained, and sometimes managing to devine an answer, from the intersection of said articles - or feel free to call for an explanation - feels like obfuscation. Other than that, not bad.

I hate that transport nsw and opal are completely unlinked and you cannot access from your opal app. log in details are different and you can only log in via different apps. which may or May not be the same log ins if you have multiple accounts! the whole system should be streamlined and held in one place. super frustrating!

App used to be good up until the kadt update. Now I can not top up my OPAL card from my phone. When you contact OPAL all they do is send you instructions on how to top up. That would be good but I can not get onto the top up menu. All I get is the error Something went wrong. We can't process your request.

After all these years you still haven't got even the most basic stuff right. Half the smartphones in AU use Google Password Manager, and your login and password reset flows don't even ATTEMPT to work with it. You literally must have actively tried to disable it from working as it now has heuristics to work with poorly behaved apps. Nope. Nothing. You can't even paste ffs so if you have a long complex password, as you are supposed to, you are screwed. Wow. Just wow. Only got iPhone Devs huh?
