I've been using this app for over 10 years and have sworn by it, I am even a Pro subscriber (though about to cancel). Recently an update has removed the ability to view plans offline. When you open the app, it hangs for a good 30 seconds trying to retrieve your plans from the cloud, rather than relying on a local cached version. And no connectivity (not an unusual occurrence on the road), no plans - right when you really need them.

I have a paid subscription (for years) that has been quite buggy for the last few months. The widget will not display my upcoming trip (i.e., it appears blank), and when I click on it to open the app, it is blank and does a weird refresh. The same is true on my tablet. This is very disappointing. As others have stated, I too have, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared/deleted cache, etc. Issue persists.

I used to love the app, but since a few updates it doesn't work offline anymore. Re-installed the app. Cleared storage and cache but each time i open the app, the trips are there, but no pictures. So i swipe down to reload, because without it, all the trips are empty. Which is quite anyoing if looking up the place or time of something when being offline. No clue if thats a new behavior by intention or a bug. Pixel 7 Pro on Android 14

Editing my 5 star review. The app has gone downhill lately. I used to be able to view my itinerary quickly and when offline. After a recent update, this is no longer the case. Even when connected to the internet, my itinerary is often empty and I have to wait for it to populate. I have tried logging out/in. It happens for all trips.

Tripit's utility decreased significantly. Most often it shows 'No Plans', whether in the widget or app. If you have a good connection and time, the info will eventually appear, but the time window when the info is useful might pass. Cache cleaning, reinstallation, etc., do not help. If there were a good alternative, I would jump in no time.

extremely helpful app, easy to use and also free. being able to add every detail to a shared trip flight numbers, accommodation and tours with geo locations easily with other invited members being able to add anything they book makes it so much easier. never spam a group chat again I couldn't recommend it enough!!! did I mention it's FREE!! no tricks

Slowly improved since last I rated it two stars in 2019. The widget doesn't always display current trip on the desktop. Imported rental car plans always randomly change between filed and unfiled, which causes difficulties when using the widgets. It would be nice if clicking on a flight, ship, or train booking opened the vendors app.

Installed this app a few years ago and haven't used it since, but I came across it again recently and since I'm going on a trip soon I tracked down all my confirmation emails, forwarded them to the app and it worked like a charm. My airport transfers, flight reservations, and hotels all imported flawlessly. Great app!
