The app would t download off the site and now there's nothing but problems on my phone. Turns out, you have to apply with Amazon and they give you permission to download. The app still doesn't work and I wasted 7 hours of my day with them. Terrible process. Worthless actually. Don't waste your time. Don't work for POS Amazon

People should pay attention before they download random apps. This has nothing to do with Amazon. I repeat this is not an Amazon app if you want to be a driver for Amazon you have to download the app directly from their website. These apps are deceptively acting like a flex driver app and not explaining that they are not associated with Amazon. If the developer of the app is not Amazon don't download it assuming that it is Amazon. It clearly says DeSoto.

Terrible. The app keeps telling me that there are NO companies near me and takes me back to the loading screen, I can't put in anything other then my number before it kicks me to a loading screen that lasts forever. Highly upset

Waiting over a month for background check, nothing is on it so I don't understand. On other flex app says 5-7 days, 3-5, 1-2, processing and then 15 days,5-7..keeps changing. If your trying to get the orange flex app this is not it. Put my # in, even reapplied w flex and now it won't download. Fix ur stuff flex and Checkr the background company

BEWARE - I spent $22 for a Background Check. Amazon Flex did not reply for 4 weeks. I needed to contact them. They told me the Background Check was not good . That was misinformation. I drive for Uber | Ola | Didi & Deliver for DriveYello. Be careful , Amazon Flex cannot be trusted.

Was approved....setup my account so I was ready to start delivering the following day. Tried to login the next day and I was directed to apply. Contacted support and told them I have already been approved and setup my account and was ready to start and was directed to apply. Support told me all I had to do is follow the steps on reapplying and I'm all set because I didn't apply even after I told them I was already approved. So I reapplied and guess? I was deactivated for having two accounts!!🖕

IN ORDER TO SIGN UP ON AMAZON U HAVE TO GO ON THEIR WEBSITE AMAZON FLEX ITS ORANGE N WHITE. YOU CAN NOT I REPEAT YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD AMAZON FLEX THROUGH NO APP. ONLY THE ACTUAL WEBSITE. SMDH. Your background check should not take long to come back.

IS NOT THE AMAZON APP. Go to the amazon flex page and scan the qr code to download the correct app. This is just scam trash trying to access your phone/data.
