Whether it’s a bank, bakery or burger you’re looking for, you can now use the search in EXPLORE to learn the ins and outs of the destination. Find the restaurants you’re looking for and while you’re at it, reserve a table or order your meal with Mobile Ordering and pay with your LAAX points. Additionally, search is a great way to explore the benefits of the new digital guest card! Good, few improvements are required. It is not intuitive how to add a card on a person when buying a ticket. The card on the profile is not taken into account. The full report doesn't have the slope number. On the plus side: The map is high resolution. Loads fast. Lifts show the times they operate. Purchases are fast.

Best user experience I've had in a long time. Was looking for a vegan restaurant and got matches (which I did not expect tbh) within two clicks. The map inside the app is a big plus and has very nice features. Data is super accurate and up to date. Never had any issues with this app - great job 💪

Extremely intrusive and privacy violating app (recording audio!). Tracking (full GPS) advertisements, battery draining (prevent phone from sleeping). No way to reasonably buy ski pass online without this app (I really tried!). Worst example of corporate app. Plus it's 224 MB (!!!) for simple skipass purchase app - insane...

Yesterday I downloaded the app and bought a lift ticket successfully , today it has been updated and I cannot purchase a ticket for tomorow without a prompt saying "your app is outdated, update to access the improved version". So I update the app in the Play store, get the same message.. I uninstall the app and redownload from the Play store, it asks me to, login again. As soon as I click on the ticket store I get the error message again. Reboot the phone , no fix. I cant even buy a lift ticket!

This app was rewritten for the 2019-2020 season. It is a disaster. It is a regression from the app for the 2018-2019 season in every way imaginable. Not only is most of the previous functionality missing, but the redesign makes it close to unusable. It is also very unreliable. The UX is catastrophic. It would be better to revert to the 2018-2019 and make iterative improvements. The rewrite is an unmitigated failure. The sunk costs in developing it should be accepted and it should be abandoned.

1st time in all the years of using this {was} great app the update is bad. Where is the weather - we are in the mountains this is important not where to eat ffs. No longer easy to navigate around the app, Design over function. Also taking close to minute to open and who's bright idea was it to cover the map with webcam thumbnails

DO NOT BUY TICKETS ON THIS APP. They are simply trying to take advantage of those who use this app. 1. The ticket office won't help with any issues with the tickets purchased on this app. 2. If you buy online, they will not give you a refund if the weather is bad and the lifts are all closed, which if you get the daily pass at the base, you can totally get a refund ON THE SPOT. 3. The tickets on this app is not best price, you can quite often get cheaper same day tickets at base.

After one year, it appears there is endless bugs in this app! I revised my rating from 3 to 2! My leaderscore status is misably changed from #2 on 22.11 to # 4590 on 26.11 when the ski resort was closed! How can that be??? 2 stars app which isn't able to get the basic right!
