Annoying. 1. Their d umb firewall always ask you to solve a puzzle, but when I use PC it doesn't. (isn't app supposed to work better?) 2. They show INVALID fares (50% cheaper if you select pay with miles) 3. There is no way to contact them unless you already have a booking. Upd: same errors, IT staff doesn't even bother to respond or fix 🤔

Not worth it, spend your money elsewhere. They cancelled my outgoing flight 48 hours out, wanted me to pay an additional $340 for them to not cancel my return trip. No changeovers to other airlines, 3 weeks for a refund, the $200 trip insurance was worthless.

Gives an error each step of the checking process even though it works like nothing happened when I press the X.

Too frequent disconnections, it doesnt matter on which network I'm connected (4g or home/work wifi). Sometimes it takes you back to the home page... even in the middle of a purchase (just happened to me). I like the app, e.g. how easy is to use miles to ourchase a new flight, however there's still much room for improvement.

The app needs fixing urgently. Trying to book a flight to Miami but it is impossible. This is so annoying!!!! I think it would be a good idea to fix the app so we can book a flight. I can't even access the information, first the capcha then 'sorry something went wrong' You must be loosing thousands of bookings....

EDIT: CONTACTED SUPPORT VIA PHONE. They replied within 3 mins and confirmed there was an error and fixed it. #### Original: You just don't put a payments promt asking for cash at check-in time talking about (NON EXISTENT?) unpaid items under the threat of losing such items if I am to proceed now. You just DON'T. IF there effectively IS something unpaid YOU SPECIFY WHAT IT IS WHEN YOU ASK ME MONEY! I clicked "proceed and lose items" and - what a surprise - I didn't lose anything, just saved 10€

App crashes all the time when trying to enter the Booking section. When logging to Your account and trying to book a flight seat, personal data is not automatically displayed. It enables you to check in but then it is impossible to retrieve and display the boarding pass. I end up using my PC every single time and sending the boarding pass to my email account. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

Handling of lost luggage is atrocious. AirEurpa lost my medical equipment for three days, lack of efective tracking system, customer service at Barajas Madrid. A total nightmare. AirEuropa offered an upgrade, then they retracted the upgrade. Then offered to charge for the upgrade then returned the money after purchasing the upgrade. When arriving at the gate they had two separate seats assignments then once on the plane they could not find my reservation on the plane. A total disarray airline.
