Great booking system and the best mobile app I've seen. I've been with Tokeet for three years.... And yes, it's been an uphill battle but one that they keep eventually reaching. They do try to address all issues. I have tried and planned to use a different booking system and channel manger and each time I do there is something that Tokeet has that the others don't and without it my day would be harder.

I'm experiencing persistent crashes while using this app. It's frustrating and disrupts the usability. Please address these issues promptly for a smoother user experience. Looking forward to a stable update soon.

Good app but the support team are becoming disastrous. There is one operative that speaks like a 5 year old and gives false advise. Every time we've had him his caused us problems and broken our connectivity. The other support staff tell us that we should "bare with him". For the amount of money we pay we shouldn't have to bare with anything. Other times support requests are simply ignored for hours or days. It's a mess and the devs need to fix it as people are leaving because of it.

FAKE REVIEWS. Just read enough of them and you'll see how there are several duplicates. I tried the actual product and it was way too buggy. The lowest success % integratung with BDC of all the channel managers listed, just have a look at their "unofficial" FB page to get an idea

I've been using Tokeet Mobile for over 12 months now and think it's a great app. Improvements could be made by being able to take payments but I personally have not needed to do this very often.

Loading is very slow when there are many properties. And it's extremely annoying that the app restarts every time I switch screen to another app and goes back, which makes it even slower.

Great user interface, and the app actually moves really fast. i'm honestly impressed with this one, especially seeing the state of some of the other channel manager apps out there...
