Great app. Great tours. If you are going to do a walking tour, this is the way to go! The tour guides are all in character with different guides for different parts of the tours. They are very educational, informative and entertaining. The navigation is wonderful. You really just need to start the tour and let it guide you throughout. These tours really made our trip to Boston much more fulfilling.

Wish it worked as the tours are good. For the three of us, the app does not work consistently on 2 android phones and one apple. It forces you to listen to the 2-minute introduction every time you start the app and again before every tour. Then it randomly stops and logs out forcing you to start all over again and listen to the stupid introduction two more times. I've emailed the company but have never heard a word back.

App is not user friendly. I was supposed to get a free tour using Getoutpass. The code didn't work on the app. I texted the customer service number and eventually someone responded/gave me a code. When I entered the code it said I had a discount for 9.99 subscription. I wrote them back since it was supposed to be a free tour and by the time they got back with me and told me I needed to hit "miss out" THEN my tour would be available I was already moving out of the tour area. Got worse from there.

Great tour and app. The tour contained a lot of good information and took me to stops that I wouldn't have gone to if I had just researched stuff to do by myself. Loved the historical tidbits sprinkled throughout the tour and learned new stuff. Highly recommend, especially if you are not a big planner.

We took the Montgomery Civil Rights Self-Guided Tour when there was a winter storm going on. It was very cold, and this was perfect. We were able to go at our own pace and stop at museums and restaurants along the way to warm up. Lots of great information!

I was unsure how this was going to go, but I'm pretty adventurous (not so much), so I took a friend in broad daylight! we didn't get very far before we were confused and found ourselves in front of our hotel in the French quarter! I decided we were done before the end of the tour, but now I have the stories for when I go back. I will take the tour completely sober and not distracted.

We did the Haunted Savanah walking tour. the directions are given verbally in the app and are very easy to follow. The haunted ambiance music was a good touch and the stories were engaging. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend doing the tour at night for the best experience.

Purchased a self-guided walking tour of downtown Asheville, NC. Overall, it was a good tour offering lots of interesting information about the local landmarks on the tour. It could've used a more seamless, user-friendly integration with the mapping feature, however.
