I am giving this negative feedback specific to Route number 21 having bus number 9497. Because I am frequent traveller of this travels but decided not go book going forward. Due to uncertain reason I was late by 10 min and requested them to wait and driver has agreed but left the departure place within 10 min itself. Very bad experience and behaviour of this bus number staff is not good.

Not worth for even 1 star rating irresponsible travel bus agency I have booked my ticket for udupi to tirupati and need to cancel ticket till 3 to 4 times they sent me to udupi,mangalore offices but till the date not cancelled ticket and not giving the cancellation amount as well. Wirst service provider as never been recommend to the anyone this agency nor self travel too

I have given zero rating because there is no proper maintenance and no charging point in bus in case of long journey phone got switched off and in rainy season the seat become wet 👎👎👎👎
