The prices advertised are misleading, additional hidden charges such as "ETS surcharge" (whatever that means) appear at checkout. Another scam for cash.

I was encouraged to use this app but it asks me to enter my Unit number and booking number and there is nowhere I can find a unit number in my booking information, so the app is useless to me.

It used to work, albeit a bit slow and unresponsive. Now it's Appallingly slow. Created a booking three times. Each time it went to a blank screen after completing the selection process. After 3 minutes I hit the only button (to go back = Start again). Took 17 attempts (YES, SEVENTEEN) to get the return date to stay on screen long enough to select the journey time (it kept switching to a day or days earlier or later). Had to give up until I could phone someone (like in the nineteenth century!!!)

Could not use. I was offered this app in the email instead of filling in the passenger form, they said i could scan my passport. I could not add my booking, they asked for unit id and release number, but not booking reference. It is very confusing, so at the end i used the traditional form. I haven't explored what else the app can do, i am sure there are useful things but not for what i needed.

The app does not scan a passport, as stated. Passenger information dates for birth and passport expiry are flipped from the UK format of dd/mm/yyyy to the US format of mm/dd/yyyy with no warning and so are highly likely to be entered into your system incorrectly. There is no way to view Passenger Information for accuracy, nor to amend it within the app. Passenger information entered on the app does not appear in the online booking system. Use with great care or not at all.

Not sure what the point of this app is.. I booked a trip with DFDS via direct ferries then downloaded this app to manage my booking...except there is no way in this app to add an existing booking anywhere. I signed up with the same email that I used on direct ferries and yeah, no "add existing trip using reference number" option. Seems pretty useless.

I use this app in Immingham docks. Everything works great. I would suggest the developers to think about some kind of barcode scanner in the port, so that after entering the data, the barcode generated in the app would only need to be scanned in the port. Time saved and no need to enter data and pick up paper tickets.

A very useful app. However it is now not finding the bookings on any of the trailers I have tried, even though the correct information was inputted. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no joy.
