The app seems well designed. However the more you use it the more errors you encounter. I noticed several times now it advertised hotel loyalty points eligible, when after the trip it changed to not eligible. It has started adding a "Savings Finder" fee after your stay, that makes it more expensive than booking somewhere else. They advertise "machine learning-based technology", and I suspect it is arbitrarily upcharging fees for savings that never existed.

Recently had a worst experience. Company initiated payment on my credit card, which I've never asked or planned for. Due to the fraudulent transactions, my card is getting blocked. Raised a query and waiting for the replay from Egencia for the incident.

Easy and fast to use. Could do with some additional minor features like setting favourite stations and the ability to download tickets straight to Google wallet / apple pay.

Update: The app is working with SSO now and it makes the travel management process so much easier. I was hoping this last update had fixed the login issues but sadly it is actually worse now. At least the older version would eventually let you login but this one just has an endless loop to the login. You have to resort to using your mobile browser to login. Maybe the next release will actually fix the issue.

Beware. App locates you and forwards your location! Cannot turn this off any more. Wow!!! Did I agree? Otherwise app with no real benefits, just a collection of links to their website. Nothing you can do within the app, redirect to website for every action?? Why cannot change or cancel flights within the app? At least you are able to see your booking even if no internet connection. Should be normal and nothing to mention but many agencies fail here.
