COMPLETE TRASH: I looked at 3 different rentals before I deleted the app. Rental #1) cost during search was $300 then when I went to book it came to $942.10, over 3 times what they were advertising! How can a rental less than $100/night have $642.10 of fees tacked onto a 3 day trip? #2) $484 during search $908.74 during checkout. #3) $410 during search $822.64 during checkout. I can't believe I wasted my time on this scam. I get there's fees when booking but they shouldn't be 2-3x the room $.

Horrible experience trying to list my apartment for weeks only to get stuck on I.d verification. App didn't scan my I.D for weeks until i gave up. Then i received an email to continue but by then it seemed verification was no longer needed so i waited. Another email saying my i.d wasn't uploaded, tried again, this time it only scanned the front not the back, loaded, then it said rejected by an employee for reasons not listed as potential issues. Apparently I was suspicious. Waste of time

Please do not use this company as they falsely advertise properties and you will not get what you have paid for. I turned up for my booking and the property was in a bad state of disrepair, it had very bad mold and damp, stunk as the cesspit is full and it was grubby and nothing like what was pictured or described. Hometogo are actually e-domizil, i contacted them regarding the issues but they are very rude and unprofessional.

Lack of human interaction makes communication really difficult as the headquarters are in Berlin and the only option seems to be using the app.

Took our money and never confirmed with seller. I was concerned and figured out how to contact seller since I got no response from Homes2go. No reservation was made from them. Now I am homeless in a city 17hrs from home.

Very upsetting, I put in where I wanted to go found a place and booked it only to find out it was somewhere in Europe so I canceled immediately and it only gave me back half my money. It was a messed up ad and I want all my money back.

I did a search and it showed me tons of options. I attempted to select many of the rentals and they were all booked out. If they are booked out then don't give me the option of seeing and selecting them. There is also no cost breakdown. One place that actually wasn't booked out went from $747 displayed cost to $1449 once selected. You can select see cost breakdown but it does not show one, all it has is check marks for what is included with no cost breakdown for each line item. I deleted the app

Well the fact that I paid for 2 condos on my vacation instead of one because of some very scamish, crooked and just cold hearted acts of these booking companies you do business with, i was charged for a booking i thought had been canceled! I don't see how you people sleep at night. Needless to say, you've lost a damn good customer for life, and will make sure I get the way you do business out there so maybe I can prevent someone else from falling into your very bad business scaming practices!
