It's just being extended so a lot of New untrained staff finding their own way.A helpful would be that the assistance wheelchairs were situated at the main entrance as it was a long way until I received the help I usually get at other airports.I would have thought the managers could have gone to other airports and seen how they did assists.Faro in Portugal just brilliant Manchester and Leeds both brilliant get organised.I had lunch excellent staff very helpful, the ramp at c60 terrifying steep
