This third party Airline service is a scam. They charge you so much fees it's not even possible. You can't cancel the flight. they force you to change for a fee and charge another fee for something when they can just give you credit for a future date. And by the time you actually get the flight you want. You've already paid double. I paid $1,400. for a $698 flight, make it make sense.

This application do nit do any customer service even when you pay for it. For each flight booked I paid another 50 but absolutely no help. They do not show flights that need self transfer. I struggled so much transferring my bags on top of my 7months old baby with me. I had an additional fee for all my bags, because once again it shows nowhere that my bags were not included. I ended paying for my bags as much as I paid for the connecting flights!!! And the struggle at the airport !!!!!!!

Very, very, very poor experience using this app, and CheapOair services. Not only did they screwed up my flight details, they did same with my hotel reservations. And, they withdrew every piece of information pertaining to my hotel reservations denying me all access when I arrived at the hotel. I will never booked through Cheapoair ever in my life. NEVER!!!

Before CoviD, I've traveled with rhis guys so many times for so many years without a problem, but in the last two years, I have lost over two thousand dollars in cancelation and loop holes and every time I try to fix this they come out with new excuses. Customers' service is trash. If you are not in first class, they don't figure anything out for you even if we are willing to pay extra. Whith this said, I will no longer be using this app to book any flights, rental cars, or hotels.

Wish I could rate this app and experience negative (-5). Booked flight for multiple people on portal and then only email mentions transit visa required (not mentioned while booking). Was charged $ 300 for cancellation within just an hour even though most airlines don't charge anything if we cancel within 24 hours. Won't be on this app anymore. Worst is the useless template review reply after keeping the 300 USD. Return it if you care a hoot about customer experience!!

Love the prices on CheapOair, and the website website works wonderfully. Unfortunately when I do one search on the app and then try and update it, it keeps going back to the original search which makes it completely useless. Frustrating, because the prices are fabulous. Hopefully they can fix this issue and I can use the app properly.

Flight said price is $61; then after entering all my personal info and credit card info the price switched to $160 as i hit "Submit payment" and said "your flight is available for $61 if you change dates!". This happened 3 times over a 10 hour period. Bait and switch BS. And then I get an email saying "Thank you for subscribing to Cheapoair notifications!", which of course I did not sign up for. They bait you with a low price to get your information.

This app or customer service is missleading, their fees are too high. This has to stop. If there's a way to have legal demand. I think we should do it! I booked a flight that I found for a better price than others, but it was still high. I picked a date. I also had hard time at the time of paying, when I finally did, they email me the confirmation and had my son on the airport on time. But when he double check he found out that the date was changed!
