It's a while since I notified customer service of a error that blocks the app since they updated the terms and conditions. The problem has not been solved and I cannot use the app even if I uninstall and reinstall it, it is the same problem again and again.

Brilliant, you can see on the map exactly where your taxi is when it's on its way. Pay by card when you order the taxi, never have to carry cash. Never tip the driver any more (sorry guys!)

It's a really good & easy to use app. But because of the stupid location of my flat the car always gets sent to the wrong place. This is not their fault though. As I said my flat is in a weird location.

Can't add card payment. Often don't have cash so have to use uber instead. App is always asking you to do updates or closing saying there is a bug. Total waste of time.

Terrible. Every time i try to use it says i need to update the app but its already the correct one & staff cannot estimate timings, even with all the maps services that we have available

I have always used call a car but Ever since the app has been updated I haven't been able to add my card details to the wallet. Every time I try it kicks me out of the app

Please don't use this app or service. I was quoted £9 for a trip but because they had my bank account info they helped themselves to £12 instead and tried it with my mum also. Quoting her 3.50 for a trip but they took £7 out of her account. Both drivers gave the same excuse because the owners take the profit from card transactions so they can take what they please but not enough to have the police called on them. Awful.

Used to like it but now I can't book a car on the app, and when I re-install it rejects the card I had in the previous account.
