Download the “Villo! officiel” app and access nearly 5.000 bikes and 360 docking stations. Use our bike-sharing system to explore like never before!

Bike-sharing has never been so easy

Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.
When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a Villo!” and choose your Villo! from the list of available bikes there.

At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.

Flexible options: annual, daily or three-day rentals

The “Villo! officiel” app can be tailored to your needs: just select the option that is best suited to your lifestyle. The first thirty minutes of every ride are free. Bank card payments are secure.

Access the service as a group

You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “Villo! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.

Collect points

Service is really bad! I parked my bike last night and it stuck completely with a red light in the spot and the app is still showing that my journey is ongoing! It was impossible to fix this. I contacted customer service this morning, I was told that they haven't received my email about the issue so I was asked to resend it. Lady was supposed to send someone to the parking to check on the bike. Still haven't heard anything... I won't use it again, please resolve my problem!

Save yourself the hassle and don't bother downloading this app. The bike themselves are fine but the app is in a state of constant crisis leaving you unable to take out a bike from the station. I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded it several times and tried all sort of fixes but to no avail. An absolute shambles for which I will be looking for my subscription money back.

App work and bikes are good enough. But: app crashes regularly. Their accounting is a mess: first they charged me for e-bike for a year without even sending me a battery. Then with new basic subscription they kept charging me the same amout twice each month. Customer service was evasive on that, never solved the issue or refunded, after a few months of exchanging emails they recommended cancelling subscription.

I'd like the number of the ride and the number of the bicycle to be included in the detail display of the ride seen when tapping a ride on My Journeys. If I do two rides consecutively, but don't check out the ride review straightaway after each ride, the first review usually never appears, superceded in some way by the second ride. A list of bonus stations used to be viewable, but not anymore. Why? The amount of my bonus used to be viewable, but not anymore. Why?

Absolute trash. If you do succeed against the awful interface to verify everything and pay €1.5 for a day subscription it'll then tell you you don't have enough loyalty points. You can't update your profile because it asks for title but there's no title box so it won't save. Email verification stalls despite good signal and everything else working. In the verification step you have to force quit the app to get to login again after verifying via email and the browser. It's just awful.

App is OK but you can't use electric bikes without a subscription, daily tickets don't work! Electric scooters are a much better option :-(

Put one star because I couldn't put less... sorry but this app is the opposit of ergonomic. I faced many many lags to put my card in, the app also takes time to update the number of free parking spots wich led to difficulties. Overall I believe this app really needs an update and simplification. It's not intuitive at all.

Very poor app. Worked well until the end of Sep 19. Now gives error messages and does not work. I'm sure it's a simple bug fix, however no one appears bothered to fix the bug. Customer service is slow, generic and inaccurate. This app is doing a great job destroying the Villo brand name, which is suprising considering JC Devereux is behind this project.
