I can't log into the app, either with Facebook connection or with normal sign-in. I can type 2 letters into the email address box before it stops letting me use my keyboard. I was hoping this was fixed in the last 6 months since installing, but it's still broken :/

This app is fantastic, I fly out every month and it was challenging and stressing trying to find and book flights online that matched my criteria and tight schedule. App not working. Login details that I set up on the website will not work on the app so I can't access any of my bookings. Ive double checked my details are all correct through the website and tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Still no luck. Not sure where to find support for this.

The app keeps closing it's self.I open the app, click accommodation,type my location, press search.The app would just close its self then I would have to start the whole thing again.So after about 13 goes I finally realised that this wouldn't work. I checked my setting and tried to adjust it to the app would work still didn't work.So I uninstalled it. My phone is relatively new I only just got it during Christmas 2020.Its a realme. I would have hoped the app work.

I accidentally booked a wrong date and when I called to cancel they refused a refund. Booking was one month in advance I booked 12th of may instade of 12th of April which was one month away then I contacted them for a refund which they refused. This could have been easily cancelled and refunded, make the room available for someone else to book where no one will loose money. What a west of my time and money 😡 I don't recommend anyone to use this website.

Absolutely no help to get refund from a hotel on the last minute site. The hotel hasn't operated for over 2 years but they are still taking bookings. Get to hotel to stay and no site of anyone. Asking locals in the area and they informed that it has been shut since covid. Last minute has been no help

I called the number on the app to find out how to set up getting alerts on cheap flights to a place i want to go and i was told " that option doesn't exist and you have chosen to speak to make a booking. What is your credit card no. Please sir and where and when should i make the booking?" I said " thats a bit silly not being able to get alerts and how bloody rude are you mate asking those details!!!" I was then hung up on. Absolute joke this app and last-minute is a load of s*#t!!!!!!

Very bad experience I booked hotel and I got booking confirmation when I arrived to hotel no any staffs for check in . I called to last minutes they holding me on the line near 3 hours to fix this problem and at the end they said sorry we can't do nothing. Unexperienced staffs and poor costumers service. Don't waste your time with this app. 🤮
