My experience was not good i booked the ticket from Quetta to Lahore and when i arrive on the location they say we have 1 by 1 Or 2 by 2 We don't have 2 by 1 buses I booked the ticket of 2 by 1 and there was no bus for that time also. Application said something else and when we were there at the location the story is something else. Bad experience and bad communication.

One of the best booking Application. They have a very cooperative customer response staff. I used different booking applications but bookme remained best in my personal experiences. The best thing which I experienced is that after booking and confirmation other applications service providers don't attend the call but Bookme respond to the customers and even refund 100% in genuine case. It also gives plenty of discounts on different tickets. It is recommended from my side to use this application.

Frustrating experience! The constant daily reward popups make it worse. Even after collecting points, there's no real benefit. The reward system feels pointless and only adds to the lag.

I am writing again to my review again misguided my ticket booked same seat with other passengers same seat is booked with two passengers so strange service i am facing second time and its again kainaat travel who is the culprit second time to not get rid of issues. It's a totally fraudulent application, scammed. They don't transfer your refunded amount to the bank account. I have already been victimised. Keep away from this fraudulent app and save your money.thier helpline connects after 15 to 20 minutes, which wasting mobile balance, and they don't have any professional mechanism to resolve any complaints, I have many proofs, I.e. call recordings, screen shots, etc, regarding their fraudulent activity. If anyone wants, please mention me in the comment.
