Charging point and wifi showing while booking ..but actually it's not available

Buses are not maintained properly especially nanded Indore ones, no proper hygine, broken curtain rod etc. I have been travelling on this route for more than 3 years now, wrote multiple reviews still the condition is same. I travel with you only because there are no other options otherwise I wouldn't even have chosen your bus for this route.

route change is absolutely roubish. if you are not following specific route mentioned in app while Booking tickets then you should mention while booking the tickets only. you can't change route, and if you are changing the route due to some emergency then make sure to provide facility for people to drop them at mentiond drop point . This inconvenience can't be ignored.

I booked a ticket for my mother (Seat No. 11, 7th Jan 2025, Bus No. MH 26 CH 1630) with Bhavsar Chowk as the drop-off point via the Sharma Travels app. Despite informing the helper, the bus stopped at Taroda Naka. When my mother raised the issue, the driver responded rudely, saying, "We can't stop at everyone's house," and behaved disrespectfully. Such treatment towards a woman over 50 is unacceptable. Ignoring her request and the intended stop reflects poor service and disregard for passengers.

Very bar service No curtain on window Driver put jack and other stuff below to my seat which create noise whole night Driver switch off AC every 2 hours
