Constantly requesting me to login (although I'm already logged) then doesn't recognise my password (although I'm sure it's right because if I go through the website it works). If I try to book a flight it keeps asking me to add my data (although I'm logged and have done it thousands times). Changing seats doesn't always work. Latest error is that I can't check my Miles & Go profile and need to contact them because... No one knows. Well, I give 2 stars because sometimes it works

This has to be the worst and slowest airline app. You check in it doesn't reconize you are chrcked in already. You swnd yourself the boarding pass and when you open the link boarding pass cannot be found. Do yourself a favor and take a screenshot of it. Cause this app is unreliable.

lack of option to add stopover as on website. slow. not good option to filter offers on specific connections per type of aircraft. example wide body as not always everyone like idea of flying over Atlantic for more than 4h in narrow body planes.

The worst app I ever had. Nothing works and/or is extremely slow. Don't even make an app unless it works well. It is less frustrating for customers to go on the website than first trying to use the worst app ever made.

Honestly, how hard is it to store a booking/code locally? I have to fill it in every time I want access, because I don't want to join another s*-programme? Aside from the sluggish integration of the website to select seats and edit details? Serious minus for the airline.

The worst app and website flight company that I ever have access. I'm trying for 4 days try to login to buy tickets, but it just doesn't work. I created 2 accounts and I can't login. It's like the company doesn't even want to sell tickets. Absolutely ridiculous. Idk who are the company's IT team but they are certainly not doing their jobs properly. My wife is also trying for days as well.

Terrible user experience. Every action I've attempted on this app took several frustrating attempts. Adding my booked flights to the app took many tries before finally appearing. The check in process is a nightmare. There are either errors or random pages open disrupting the process. You can't just simply close these pages and continue with check in. You have to start again everytime. There should be an easier way to store boarding passes on the app to use offline.
No Spam
I have a Miles&Go account but cannot log in. I get errors when trying to log in, when trying to reset password.. everywhere. Absolutely horrible.
